Fixed and adjustable slat with elliptical cross-section, made with extruded aluminium sized 300×42 mm, lacquered and heat-strengthened with a powder painting system or anodised aluminium and installed in a wall stud or in an extruded aluminium frame with an adjustment strip.

Applications:Shutter systems in a Facing Application for covering buildings by means of ventilated façades or curtain walls, made with continual slat solar protection, which can be either moveable or fixed with the possibility of different inclinations. They are fixed with either hidden joist supports or wall studs.
Shutter systems in a Fixed Application for panels placed in gaps or for façade coverings. They have visible wall studs or between visible frames with either adjustable or fixed solar protection slats.

Motor Drive: activation of automatic slat positioning with either a visible operator (Lineal motor) or a hidden operator (tubular motors), depending on the type of slats and frames used and with an individual control point to manage operation, or with the possibility of a general control. Our systems are adaptable to different domotic languages. Refer to manufacturer’s instructions and warnings for details of the different automatisms’ usage features.
Manual Drive: activation of manual slat positioning with different possibilities for operation (retractable knob, lever, trigger, crank, universal joint, linear cylinder, and Teleflex) depending on the types of slats and frames used.

In WINTER: The regulation of the slats allows us to reduce heating consumption, since during the day by opening the slats we increase the capture of solar energy into the interior of the building. During the night, by closing the slats we help maintain the interior temperature.
In SUMMER: The strategy must change, orienting the slats so that they prevent the passage of solar rays into the building, allowing a pleasant room temperature to be maintained and achieving substantial savings on air conditioning. During the night, opening slats and windows allows air circulation, again reducing air conditioning needs.
